A change of heart is a change of mind. (Real talk)

Proverbs 23:7 says “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”  Your thoughts are more than just in your head, they can become the embodiment of who you grow to be from it. I believe this is part of the reason why the bible also says ” Keep your mind on things above, and not on earthly things” in Colossians 3:2.

That is not why I bring this up.

If you have read this far, you probably have a grasp on what I typically write, gruesome horror, sad poems, strange stories, and more. My mind used to be filled with all of those, with the pain, the loss, the mistrusting twists and strangeness.

Now, I’m keeping my heart clean, I’ve been off for a while, and now I am making an effort to get back on my feet.

I’m still going to write about strange and new things. There will still be gore and horror.

I’m just no longer keeping those things in my heart.

I’m keeping better things in my heart, and my mind is all the better for it.

Some of you may not know this God I talk about from time to time, but I want to let you know this one thing. He makes me the best that I can be. If you ever want to know more, please just ask. If not, then just enjoy my creepy, gory, strangeness, because that is not going to end just yet.
